Job summary

Boldyn Networks is seeking an ERP Manager to lead enterprise ERP strategy, governance, and modernization in the higher education sector. You will guide a team of analysts and IT professionals, align ERP initiatives with campus goals, and drive scalable, secure solutions across the enterprise.

You'll work with college leaders, vendors, and executives to shape the ERP roadmap, manage changes, and ensure system performance, adoption, and business value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive ERP systems experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• 3+ years of people management experience leading technical or business systems teams in higher education.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise ERP implementations, upgrades, and business transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of ERP platforms, integrations, reporting, workflow automation, and business processes in higher education.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP operations, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement for a variety of customers.
• Develop and manage the ERP roadmap, ensuring alignment with growth and strategic objectives.
• Oversee administration, support, maintenance, and optimization of ERP platforms.
