Job summary

Boldyn Networks is seeking an experienced ERP Manager to lead enterprise ERP strategy and operations for our higher education clients. You will manage governance, roadmaps, and a team of analysts and IT resources to deliver scalable, secure ERP solutions aligned with campus goals and business priorities.

You’ll partner with college leaders, IT teams, vendors, and executives to drive standardization, system adoption, and continuous improvement across the ERP landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive ERP systems experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• 3+ years of people management experience leading technical or business systems teams in higher education.
• Experience leading enterprise ERP implementations, upgrades, and business transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of ERP platforms, integrations, reporting, workflow automation, and business processes in higher education.
• Experience managing Ellucian Banner, Ellucian Colleague, and Jenzabar.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP operations, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts with a variety of customers.
• Develop and manage the ERP roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational growth and strategic objectives.
• Oversee administration, support, maintenance, and optimization of ERP platforms and integrated business applications.
• Direct testing, release management, change management, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand operational challenges and identify ERP solutions that improve efficiency.
• Drive organizational change management and user adoption efforts for ERP initiatives.
