Boldyn Networks is seeking an ERP Manager to lead enterprise ERP strategy, governance, and operations in a higher education context. The role focuses on cross-functional leadership, vendor coordination, and delivering scalable ERP solutions that align with campus goals.

You will guide a team of analysts and technical resources, manage upgrades and integrations, and drive organizational change to improve adoption and performance across enterprise systems.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive ERP systems experience, including leadership.
• 3+ years of people management experience leading technical or business systems teams in higher education.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise ERP implementations, upgrades, and business transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing ERP platforms such as Ellucian Banner, Ellucian Colleague, and Jenzabar.

Responsabilidades

• Lead ERP operations, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement across customers.
• Develop and execute the ERP strategy aligned with campus goals and business priorities.
• Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for ERP applications.
• Partner with executive leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology innovation.
• Oversee administration, support, maintenance, and optimization of ERP platforms.
