Job summary

Boldyn Networks is seeking an ERP Manager to lead enterprise ERP strategy, governance, and transformation for higher education clients. You’ll direct a team of analysts and technical resources, aligning ERP initiatives with campus goals and long-term technology roadmaps.

You’ll partner with college leaders, IT, vendors, and executives to deliver scalable, secure ERP solutions, manage upgrades and integrations, monitor adoption, and drive process standardization across departments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business preferred.
8+ years ERP systems experience, including leadership.
3+ years people management in higher education.
Experience leading ERP implementations, upgrades, and business transformations.
Strong knowledge of ERP platforms, integrations, reporting, workflows, and processes in higher education.
Experience with Ellucian Banner, Ellucian Colleague, or Jenzabar.
Experience managing complex cross-functional projects and organizational change.

Responsibilities

Lead ERP operations, strategy, and continuous improvement across customers.
Develop and manage the ERP roadmap aligned with growth and objectives.
Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.
Partner with executive stakeholders to identify process improvements and tech innovation.
Lead a team of ERP analysts and technical resources; provide guidance on challenges.
Oversee ERP administration, upgrades, patches, and integrations.
Collaborate with business leaders to understand challenges and design ERP solutions.
