Job summary

Boldyn Networks is seeking an ERP Manager to lead enterprise ERP strategy and governance for higher education clients. You will manage ERP initiatives, guide a team of analysts, and partner with executives to deliver scalable, secure ERP solutions that align with the organization’s long‑term technology roadmap.

You will drive ERP operations, lead deployments and upgrades, and ensure systems support critical objectives while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement across the IT

Qualifications

8+ years of ERP systems experience with leadership responsibilities.
Experience leading enterprise ERP implementations and transformations.
Strong knowledge of ERP platforms, integrations, and reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead ERP operations, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement across customers.
Develop and manage ERP roadmap aligned with business goals.
Oversee governance, upgrades, patches, and system enhancements.
Partner with executive stakeholders to drive process standardization and automation.
Mentor and develop a team of ERP analysts and technical resources.
