Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 5+ years in equipment finance sales or credit.
• Experience with diversity spend is preferred.
• Ability to structure complex credits and present information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and develop equipment finance relationships with diverse spend.
• Prospect new clients and prepare customer proposals.
• Price and structure equipment finance solutions.
• Maintain and execute relationship plans with regional partners.
• Cross-sell other bank products and monitor competitor offerings.
• Manage weekly/monthly sales results and ensure data accuracy.
• Mentor other Asset Finance colleagues and support change initiatives.
• Collaborate with relationship managers to drive growth.
