You will prospect, price, structure and propose financing solutions while deepening existing relationships and driving diverse spend opportunities. The role requires 5+ years in equipment finance sales or credit, strong negotiation and communication skills, and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of equipment finance sales and/or credit experience required.
• Experience with diversity spend preferred.
• Demonstrated success structuring complex credits and presenting information.
• Proven leadership experience coaching teams.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and develop equipment finance relationships and deepen existing ones.
• Prospect new clients and prepare customer proposals.
• Price, structure, and present financing solutions.
• Collaborate with regional partners and relationship managers on diversity spend opportunities.
• Cross-sell bank products and monitor competitor offerings.
• Manage relationship plans, pipeline reviews, and ongoing data entry.
• Mentor other Asset Finance colleagues and drive product improvements.
