Job summary

Huntington is seeking an Equipment Finance Sales Executive to acquire and grow profitable relationships with an emphasis on diversity spend. The role includes retaining and deepening existing customer relationships, pricing, and structuring equipment finance solutions.

Based in any Huntington corporate location, you will proactively build partnerships with regional teams, drive pipeline reviews, and contribute to the bank's broader relationship plans while mentoring peers and delivering strong

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years in equipment finance sales or credit.
Experience with diversity spend preferred.
Proven ability to structure complex credits and present documentation.
Strong leadership and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

Acquire and develop equipment finance relationships with a focus on diversity spend.
Prospect new clients and prepare customer proposals with pricing/structuring.
Build internal partnerships with regional partners and RM teams.
Cross-sell other bank products and monitor competitor offerings.
Mentor other Asset Finance colleagues as needed.
