Job summary

Huntington Commercial Bank is seeking an Equipment Finance Sales Executive to acquire and develop profitable equipment finance relationships, while retaining and deepening existing customer ties. This role can be based at any Huntington corporate location with a flexible office/remote arrangement, encompassing relationship building, cross-selling, and weekly data discipline.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in equipment finance sales or credit, strong negotiation, and leadership capabilities,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in equipment finance sales and/or credit.
• Experience with diversity spend is a plus.
• Previous formalized credit training preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership experience coaching team members.
• Strong negotiation and client relationship skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and develop profitable equipment finance relationships.
• Retain and deepen existing customer relationships.
• Price and structure equipment finance products.
• Prepare customer proposals and present them clearly.
• Partner with regional teams to drive diversity spend opportunities.
• Cross-sell other bank products and monitor competitor offerings.
• Manage relationship plans, pipelines, and weekly data entry.
• Mentor other Asset Finance colleagues as needed.
