Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking an Equipment Finance Sales Executive to partner with the Regional Bank to build Optimal Customer Relationships (OCR) through education on equipment finance and leasing products, and by identifying new business opportunities in the markets we serve.

In this role you will act as the central point of contact between Relationship Managers and the Asset Finance organization, manage client needs for equipment financing, and collaborate with Sales Coordinators to

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and/or experience.
5+ years of customer facing experience in Commercial Bank Relationship Management and/or Equipment Finance.
Travel at least 25% of the time (preferred).

Responsibilities

Prepare and present Equipment Finance industry updates and product details to the Regional Bank markets
Generate new business through direct and joint calling to both customers and prospects around equipment financing solutions
Prepare credit packages for preview with the Portfolio Manager
Negotiate and propose finance terms and buyouts on specific lease products
Work closely with Sales Coordinators to help prepare documentation that meets internal and external regulatory requirements
Actively identify and act on cross-sell opportunities for other bank products and services
Maintain and manage a high-quality equipment financing portfolio
Perform other duties as assigned
