Job summary

California Health System is seeking an Epic Willow Ambulatory Analyst III for a direct-hire, full-time role with remote options. The position requires active Willow ambulatory certification and deep experience with Epic configuration to support pharmacy operations across care settings.

Responsibilities include leading system design, implementation, and training of Willow modules, driving process improvements, and collaborating with leadership to ensure long-term Willow system success.

Qualifications

• Active Epic Willow Ambulatory Certification required; Willow Inpatient certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience supporting Pharmacy Operations or related healthcare IT systems.
• Experience with Epic configuration and proficiency with data warehousing/reporting tools is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• The Epic Willow Analyst III is responsible for leading planning, design, implementation and maintenance of Willow systems and educating pharmacy staff and clinicians in their use.
