Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an Epic Willow Ambulatory Analyst to design, build, implement and support the Willow Ambulatory module for a large healthcare organization. This role focuses on retail and outpatient pharmacy operations, working with Pharmacy Leadership, Revenue Cycle and IT to optimize workflows.

Ideal candidates will have expert-level Epic Willow Ambulatory experience, be certified, and able to operate in a high-volume, production environment where stability and accuracy impact patient

Qualifications

• Expert-level experience with Epic Willow Ambulatory including design, build, implementation and support.
• Collaborates with Retail Pharmacy Operations, Pharmacy Leadership, Revenue Cycle and IT to ensure scalable medication workflows.
• Experience supporting retail pharmacy workflows such as prescription processing, dispensing, charging, inventory and POS integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, implement and support the Willow Ambulatory application in a high-volume healthcare setting.
• Partner with pharmacy operations and IT to ensure system stability and accurate medication workflows.
• Maintain operational accuracy and timely turnarounds to support patient access and pharmacy throughput.
