Job summary

GHR Healthcare is seeking an experienced Epic Willow Analyst to maintain, optimize, and support Epic Willow in a 100% remote role for our pharmacy operations. The analyst ensures stability, performance, and enhancements across Willow environments in acute care settings.

The ideal candidate holds current Willow Willow IP or Willow AMB certification and has at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Willow build and production support, focusing on pharmacy workflows and cross-functional

Qualifications

Current Epic Willow certification (Willow Inpatient or Willow Ambulatory) required.
3+ years of Willow build, maintenance, and production support experience.
Experience supporting pharmacy workflows in a healthcare setting.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication; can work with technical and operational stakeholders.
Ability to independently manage support tickets and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Provide ongoing maintenance, production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Epic Willow.
Configure, build, test, and implement enhancements, upgrades, and workflow changes.
Collaborate with pharmacy leadership, clinicians, and IT to optimize pharmacy workflows.
Participate in system testing, validation, and release activities for upgrades and new functionality.
Investigate and resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues meeting SLAs.
Develop and maintain documentation, build specifications, and support procedures.
Partner with cross-functional Epic teams to ensure integration with related applications.
