Job summary
A-Line Staffing Solutions seeks an experienced Epic Willow Ambulatory Certified Specialist for a 100% remote role. The candidate will support, build, configure, maintain, and optimize Epic Willow Ambulatory for ambulatory pharmacy services, translating clinical workflows into Epic solutions.
The ideal candidate has hands-on Willow Ambulatory build experience, 5+ years in healthcare application support, and a background in either BSN or Computer Science with Epic Willow Ambulatory certification.
Qualifications
- BSN OR Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/closely related IT field.
- Epic Willow Ambulatory certification.
- Hands-on Epic Willow Ambulatory build experience; 5+ years of healthcare application support experience.
- An active RN license is NOT required; Epic Willow Ambulatory experience required.
Responsibilities
- Build, configure, maintain, and optimize Epic Willow Ambulatory applications.
- Provide production support for Epic Willow Ambulatory.
- Troubleshoot complex application and workflow issues.
- Configure and test application enhancements.
- Participate in Epic implementations, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.
- Translate pharmacy and clinical workflow requirements into Epic solutions.
