Qualifications

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and workflow analysis skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, test, and maintain Epic Willow functionality across Willow Inpatient Pharmacy, Willow Inventory, and related workflows.
- Translate operational requirements into Epic Willow configurations and optimize medication-use processes.
- Provide Tier II/III support and collaborate with pharmacy leadership and IT teams.
- Configure interfaces between Epic Willow and third-party pharmacy systems and participate in upgrades and implementations.
