Job summary

UnitedHealth Group seeks an Epic MyChart specialist for the EHR Services team. You will lead design, configuration, and testing of Epic MyChart, collaborating with leaders and end users to enable robust workflows and enterprise-scale solutions.

The role requires active Epic MyChart certification, 2+ years with Epic implementations, after-hours rotation, and up to 25% travel. Remote work is allowed nationwide, with in-office requirements in certain hubs.

Qualifications

Active Epic certification in MyChart
2+ years of experience with Epic implementation and/or support
Must participate in on-call after hours rotation (1 week every 2-3 months)
Must travel up to 25% of the time as business needs dictate
Must participate in projects/upgrades requiring after-hours availability

Responsibilities

Provide subject matter expertise in Epic MyChart, including design, building, testing, and implementation
Collaborate with leadership and end users to design and configure solutions
Participate in Epic upgrade initiatives and workflow enhancements
Lead design and validation sessions with thorough documentation
Maintain system documentation and build records
Respond to incidents and support 24/7 on-call as needed
Execute unit, system, and integration testing for MyChart workflows
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and manage updates
