Qualifications

• Active Epic certification in MyChart
• 2+ years of experience with Epic implementation and/or support
• Must participate in on-call after hours rotation (approx 1 week every 2-3 months)
• Willing to travel up to 25% of the time as business needs dictate

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise in Epic MyChart, including system design, building, testing, and implementation
• Collaborate with leadership and end users to design and configure solutions, including workflow analysis and application configuration
• Lead design and validation sessions, ensuring thorough documentation and issue escalation
• Maintain system documentation, including design specifications and build records
• Monitor production applications and participate in 24/7 on-call support as needed
• Execute all phases of testing for MyChart workflows
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications; manage updates and release testing
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards for system configuration and change control
• Build and maintain relationships with end users, stakeholders, and partners
• Facilitate communication across teams from requirements gathering through implementation
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalate complex problems as appropriate
• Maintain deep knowledge of Epic functionality and workflows
