Job summary

This role collaborates with leadership and users to optimize workflows and supports multiple upgrade initiatives across projects.

The candidate will participate in after-hours on-call rotations, travel as needed up to 25%, and ensure compliance with change controls while maintaining comprehensive system documentation.

Qualifications

• Active Epic certification in MyChart.
• 2+ years of experience with Epic implementation and/or support.
• Must participate in on-call after hours rotation (1 week every 2-3 months).
• Must travel up to 25% of the time as business needs dictate.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise in Epic MyChart, including design, building, testing and implementation.
• Collaborate with leadership and end users to configure solutions and provide clinical consultation.
• Lead design and validation sessions with thorough documentation and issue escalation.
• Monitor production applications and respond to incidents, including 24/7 on-call support as needed.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications; manage updates, enhancements and release testing.
