Qualifications

• Active Epic certification in MyChart.
• 2+ years of experience with Epic implementation or support.
• Willingness to participate in on-call after hours rotation and after-hours project work.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME in Epic MyChart: design, build, test, implement.
• Collaborate with leadership/end users for configuration and workflows.
• Lead upgrade initiatives and workflow enhancements across project phases.
• Maintain system documentation and provide incident response in production.
