Job summary

Presbyterian Healthcare Services is seeking a Senior EPIC Configuration Analyst (MyChart) to apply in-depth knowledge of Epic systems, work with SMEs and end users, and tailor the system to fit the organization’s needs. The role includes design, build, testing, and maintenance of Epic solutions with cross-team collaboration and on-call support.

Hybrid work is expected for nearby employees and remote applicants across the United States are welcome, excluding specified states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years' of IT or business experience.
• 2 years of Epic specific experience.
• 6 years' of additional experience can be substituted in lieu of degree.
• Epic certified in supporting application plus additional proficiency/certification/badges in related application area.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection and technical issues for Epic software; design, build, test and maintain solutions.
• Provide tier-2 support of application incidents through help desk; participate in on-call coverage as required.
• Analyze incidents, maintenance items, enhancement requests, upgrades/updates and projects with cross-team collaboration.
• Develop and maintain requirements/specifications and test cases for new functionality; ensure scripts reflect workflow solutions.
• Modify Epic records, tables and master files to support design changes; follow department procedures.
• Create new workflows with SME collaboration to improve end-user productivity and effectiveness.
