You will participate in multiple upgrades, maintain comprehensive documentation, and support 24/7 on-call duties as required. Travel up to 25% may be needed to support initiatives.

Qualifications

• Active Epic certification in MyChart.
• 2+ years of experience with Epic implementation and/or support.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and after-hours schedules.
• Willingness/ability to travel up to 25% of the time as business needs dictate.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise in Epic MyChart, including design, build, test, and implementation.
• Collaborate with leadership and end users to design and configure solutions and provide technical/clinical consultation.
• Lead upgrade initiatives and workflow enhancements across project phases.
• Maintain design specifications, build records, and system documentation.
• Respond to production incidents and participate in 24/7 on-call support as needed.
• Execute unit, system, and integration testing for MyChart workflows.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and manage updates and releases.
