Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking an Epic Healthy Planet Senior IT Specialty Analyst to support and optimize healthy planet care management workflows. This fully remote role collaborates with care managers, clinical leaders, and informatics teams to implement scalable, foundation-aligned solutions.

Applicants should have Epic Healthy Planet Certification, 5–7 years of relevant experience, and hands-on experience with EpicCare Ambulatory, Reporting Workbench, and SlicerDicer.

Qualifications

• Epic Healthy Planet Certification/Accreditation with application build experience (Required).
• Build experience with EpicCare Ambulatory, Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer.
• Familiarity with CMS quality programs, HEDIS measures, and risk adjustment.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience (Required).

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day support, build and optimize Epic Healthy Planet care management and care coordination workflows and configuration.
• Develops test plans, responsible for incident coverage and enhancement requests as well as project-level work.
• Oversees smaller projects or components of projects and supports quarterly update process.

Education

Epic Healthy Planet Clinical or Healthy Planet Analytics Certification

5+ years of relevant experience with a degree

7+ years of relevant experience without a degree

Experience in lieu of Bachelor's Degree
