Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking an Epic Healthy Planet Senior IT Specialty Analyst to support and optimize Epic Healthy Planet care management workflows. This fully remote role partners with care managers and clinical leadership to implement standardized, scalable solutions.

The candidate will have 5+ years with a degree (or 7+ years without) and Epic Healthy Planet Certification, with build experience in EpicCare Ambulatory, Reporting Workbench and SlicerDicer.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant IT experience with a degree (Required).
• 7+ years of relevant experience without a degree (Required).
• Epic Healthy Planet Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support and optimize Epic Healthy Planet care management workflows.
• Build configurations for Compass Rose Programs, registries, care plans and outreach solutions.
• Develop test plans; manage incidents and enhancement requests; support quarterly Epic updates.
• Collaborate with care managers, clinical leadership and informatics teams.
