Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience with a degree.
• 7+ years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Experience in lieu of Bachelor's Degree.
• Epic Healthy Planet Certification/Accreditation is required.
• Build experience with other Epic modules such as EpicCare Ambulatory, Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer.
• Familiarity with CMS quality programs, HEDIS measures, and risk adjustment.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience (Required).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day to day support, build and optimization of Epic Healthy Planet care management and care coordination workflows and configuration.
• Partners with care managers, clinical and operations leadership and our supportive architect and informatics teams to recommend standard, foundation aligned solutions that improve patient care and allow for scalability.
• Develops test plans, responsible for incident coverage and enhancement requests as well as project level work.
• Oversees smaller projects or components of projects and supports the quarterly update process.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
