The ideal candidate brings Epic Healthy Planet Certification, 5+ years of relevant experience with a degree or 7+ without, and strong experience with Epic modules like Reporting Workbench and SlicerDicer.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience with a degree
- 7+ years of relevant experience without a degree
- Experience in lieu of Bachelor's Degree
- Epic Healthy Planet Certification/Certification (Clinical or Analytics) required
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support and optimize Epic Healthy Planet workflows.
- Configure care management and care coordination modules.
- Develop test plans and manage incident coverage.
- Coordinate with care managers, clinical and operations leadership across teams.
- Support quarterly Epic updates and adherence to best practices.
