Job summary

enGen is seeking an Epic Beaker systems analyst to configure, roll out, and support Epic Beaker applications. You will perform business and systems analysis, define requirements, design solutions, and resolve issues while communicating with end-users.

Responsibilities include planning, building, testing, implementing, and supporting Epic workflows; configuring changes; maintaining documentation and training materials; and guiding end-users.

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred (3 years).
• Epic Beaker familiarity and ability to configure workflows.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports Epic software.
• Analyzes requirements and documents workflow analyses; maintains documentation and training materials.
• Configures changes within Epic environments to provide standardized workflows; supports end-users and resolves issues.
• Contributes to small to medium projects; communicates progress to stakeholders.
• Performs problem-solving and root cause analysis of routine to moderately complex problems.
