enGen is seeking an Epic Beaker analyst to configure, roll out, and support Epic Beaker applications. You will analyze requirements, design workflows, and document solutions while communicating with end-users to resolve issues.

The role involves configuring Epic environments, providing end-user guidance, and contributing to projects with timely updates to stakeholders. A background in healthcare and Epic certification is preferred.

Qualificações

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.

Responsabilidades

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports Epic software.
• Analyzes and determines system requirements and specifications; documents workflows.
• Configures changes within Epic environments to provide standardized workflows and resolves issues.
• Contributes to and manages small to medium projects; updates stakeholders on progress.
• Conducts problem-solving and root cause analysis to resolve routine to moderately complex problems.
