Job summary

enGen is seeking an Epic Beaker Analyst to configure, roll out, and support Epic Beaker applications. You will perform business and systems analysis, define requirements and documentation, and design solutions while communicating with end users to resolve issues.

Responsibilities include configuring Epic environments to support standardized workflows, maintaining systems, updating training materials, and guiding end users.

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Beaker experience preferred in healthcare.
• Epic Certification or beaker knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

• Configure, roll out, and support Epic software.
• Analyze system requirements and document workflows; support and maintain environments.
• Provide guidance to end-users to resolve issues and improve use of Epic.
