Job summary

enGen is seeking an experienced Epic Beaker analyst to configure, roll out, and support Epic Beaker applications. The role covers business/systems analysis, requirements documentation, system design, and end-user problem resolution.

You will communicate with end-users to understand issues and implement effective solutions, while contributing to projects and maintaining thorough documentation and training materials.

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.
• Beaker experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports Epic software.
• Analyzes and determines system requirements and specifications; documents workflow analysis.
• Configures changes in Epic environments to provide standardized workflows and updates.
• Contributes to small to medium projects and updates stakeholders on progress.
• Performs root cause analysis and resolves routine to moderately complex issues.
