enGen seeks an Epic Beaker Analyst to configure, roll out, and support Epic Beaker applications. You will conduct business/systems analysis, gather requirements, and document designs while communicating with end-users to implement solutions.

You will plan, test, and maintain Epic environments, provide guidance, and update stakeholders on progress. Strong collaboration and training material development are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Epic systems administration experience.
• Associate degree (or 2 years relevant work experience in lieu).
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.
• Bachelor’s or higher in CS/IS or Healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs, builds, tests, implements and supports Epic software.
• Analyzes system requirements and documents workflow, providing end-user training materials.
• Configures changes within Epic environments to standardize workflows and support end-users.
• Manages small to medium projects and updates stakeholders on progress.
• Performs problem-solving and root cause analysis for routine to moderately complex issues.
