enGen is seeking an Epic Beaker Analyst to configure, rollout, and support Epic Beaker applications. You will conduct business and systems analysis, define requirements, design solutions, and document processes.

You’ll communicate with end-users to understand issues and implement fixes, helping to optimize workflows across Epic environments. The role involves planning, testing, and maintaining Epic software, with opportunities to lead small projects and provide training materials.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; 2 years of relevant work experience may substitute.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure, roll out, and support Epic Beaker applications.
• Analyze requirements, document specifications, and design system changes.
• Provide guidance to end-users and resolve routine to moderately complex issues.
• Plan, build, test, and support Epic software workflows and environments.
• Manage small to medium projects and communicate progress to stakeholders.
