Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports Epic software.
• Analyzes system requirements and documents workflow analyses.
• Configures changes within Epic environments to provide standardized workflows.
• Provides guidance to end-users to enhance Epic usage and resolve issues.
• Manages small to medium projects and updates stakeholders on progress.
• Performs root cause analysis to resolve issues and documents solutions.
