Job summary

enGen is seeking an Epic Beaker analyst to configure, rollout, and support Beaker-based applications. You will perform business and systems analysis, define requirements, document designs, and implement solutions while communicating with end-users to resolve issues.

You will design and test workflows, configure environments, and maintain documentation. The role includes project work and problem-solving to ensure reliable Beaker operations and user satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred (3 years).

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports Epic software.
• Analyzes system requirements and documents workflow analysis.
• Configures Epic environments to provide standardized workflows and updates systems with new functionality.
• Provides guidance/support to end-users to resolve issues.
• Manages small to medium projects and communicates progress to stakeholders.
• Conducts root-cause analysis to resolve problems and documents solutions.
