Job summary

enGen is seeking an Epic Beaker systems analyst to configure, roll out, and support Epic Beaker applications. You will perform business and systems analysis, define requirements and documentation, design solutions, and communicate with end-users to resolve issues.

You will design workflows, configure changes in Epic environments to support standardized processes, create training materials, and lead small to mid-size projects.

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
• Knowledge of Epic Beaker configuration, rollout and support.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage small to mid-size projects.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports the needs of Epic software.
• Analyzes and determines system requirements and specifications; documents workflow analysis.
• Configures changes within Epic environments to provide standardized workflows and support end-users.
• Provides guidance and support to end-users to enhance Epic usage and resolve issues.
• Contributes to and manages small to medium projects; updates stakeholders regularly.
• Conducts problem-solving and root cause analysis to resolve issues.
