Job summary

You will analyze requirements, design workflows, and document solutions. The role involves coordinating small to mid-size projects, training materials creation, and stakeholder communication, with remote-based work options.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required or 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu.
• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Configure, roll out, and support Epic software environments.
• Analyze and determine system requirements and workflows; document processes.
• Provide end-user guidance, training materials, and issue resolution.
