Job summary

Vail Resorts, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Epic Ascent Supervisor to lead the Concierge team for private lessons, specialty experiences, and premium offerings.

You will coordinate with the Ski & Snowboard School and other resort partners to ensure exceptional guest service and seamless execution of Epic Service standards. The role emphasizes coaching, staffing support, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced resort environment, with an annual wage of $25.00–$31.32 per hour and a winter seasonal

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in guest services, hospitality, reservations, concierge, or operations leadership.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop employees in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Proficiency with reservation systems, Microsoft Office, and operational technology tools.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the daily operations of the Epic Ascent Concierge team.
• Coach, train, and develop team members through ongoing feedback and performance support.
• Serve as escalation point for guest, instructor, and operational issues, delivering timely resolutions.
• Coordinate private lessons, specialty experiences, and premium guest requests to ensure seamless execution.
• Support staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning to meet business and service needs.
• Monitor service quality, productivity, and operational performance while driving continuous improvement.
• Partner with Ski & Snowboard School, Product Sales & Services, and other resort teams to deliver an elevated guest experience.
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and Epic Service standards.
