- Bachelor's degree in CS or related field required.
- 3+ years IT/clinical environment with process mapping and requirements.
- Experience with Epic and healthcare applications preferred.
- Strong documentation and testing skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify, map, measure and improve Epic-related clinical and business processes.
- Perform workflow analysis and map critical business processes using best practices.
- Prepare business requirements documentation with diagrams and data models.
- Develop test plans and validate system performance.
- Provide user training and create training materials.
