Job summary

Advocate Health seeks an IT/Clinical Business Analyst to map and improve Epic workflows across assigned applications. The role involves on-call responsibilities and is fully remote for eligible states, with no visa sponsorship.

You will gather requirements, document data flows, develop test plans, configure systems, and train end users. A CS-related degree and Epic certification within 6 months are required; typically 3 years in IT/clinical settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field and related IT/clinical experience.
• Epic workflow experience and ability to map business processes.
• Ability to perform requirements gathering, testing and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Identify, map, measure and improve Epic workflows and processes.
• Develop test plans, cases and scripts; validate performance of functions.
• Prepare documentation and training materials for end users.
• Communicate project status and upgrades to clinic users and stakeholders.
• Provide on-call support and assist with system configurations as needed.
