Responsibilities

• Identify, map, and analyze Epic workflows and business processes.
• Perform workflow analysis and map critical processes.
• Translate user requirements into functional specifications.
• Lead testing: unit, integration, end-to-end.
• Provide training materials and user training as needed.
• Communicate status and upgrades to clinic users.
