Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an IT professional to optimize Epic-based workflows within Imaging Services. You will map, analyze, and improve clinical and business processes, translate requirements into specs, and coordinate configurations and testing with users across a remote-friendly environment.

The role requires Epic and healthcare app experience, plus strong project management and communication skills to support training and end-user adoption.

Qualifications

Typically requires 3 years in an IT or clinical environment with business process mapping, analysis, defining business and user requirements, acceptance testing and documentation experiences.

Responsibilities

Identify, map, measure, analyze and improve routine to moderately complex clinical and business processes for Epic applications.
Prepare documentation for business requirements using diagrams and models.
Translate user requirements into functional specifications and review with users.
Configure systems to meet business requirements.
Develop and execute test plans and validate performance.
Provide training and support to users.
