Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic, Inc. is seeking an Epic Application Analyst/Coordinator to design, develop, implement, and maintain Epic systems in a remote role with periodic on-site time in Toppenish, WA.

The position emphasizes collaboration with clinical, operational, and administrative teams to translate workflow needs into Epic solutions. The ideal candidate has Epic experience (Resolute Professional Billing preferred), strong testing and project management skills, and a commitment to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Computer or Healthcare field is required or four years of Epic/app support experience in a healthcare setting.
• Two years of experience supporting applications and working with end users; Epic experience preferred.
• Epic Certificate Training Status preferred, or ability to acquire within 90 days of training.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, implements, maintains, and troubleshoots Epic systems.
• Monitors and evaluates systems; resolves issues.
• Gathers system requirements from stakeholders and modifies the system accordingly.
• Plans, executes, and finalizes Epic projects, including cost-benefit analysis and implementation plans.
