Advocate Health is seeking an IT professional to optimize Epic-based clinical and business processes. This full-time remote role requires Epic certification within 6 months and strong requirements gathering, testing, and training capabilities.

You will document workflows, validate configurations, and support end users while coordinating upgrades across locations. Some travel may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Typically requires 3 years in an IT or clinical environment with business process mapping, analysis, requirements definition, testing, and documentation
• Experience with Epic and other Healthcare applications
• Project management experience with ability to use PM software
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, handle multiple tasks, and provide strong customer service

Aufgaben

• Identify, map, measure, analyze and improve Epic clinical/business processes
• Prepare documentation for business requirements using diagrams and models
• Develop test plans, cases and scripts; conduct testing (unit/integration/system/UAT)
• Provide client and end-user training; develop training materials
• Explain system functionality to users and support them in using full application features
• Develop and maintain product documentation and change control records
• Communicate project status and coordinate upgrades; assist with troubleshooting
• Travel as needed for project needs and Epic certification within 6 months
