Qualifications

• EpicCare Ambulatory Certification required.
• Epic Security certification or relevant security experience preferred.
• Epic Kaleidoscope certification or experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Outpatient Rehabilitation, Dermatology, and Bones Epic Knowledge Tracks preferred.
• Experience supporting Epic clinical applications, troubleshooting, configuration, testing, and optimization.
• Understanding of clinical workflows, business analysis, and application support in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, optimize, and support existing Epic applications.
• Design, build, test, implement and support new functionality and modules.
• Analyze workflows to evaluate requirements and recommend system enhancements.
• Support upgrades, security efforts, and module implementations with documentation and testing.
• Develop expertise across Epic applications and provide guidance and production support.
