• Epic certification training or the ability to obtain one within 90 days.
• Two+ years in healthcare IT or applications support is preferred.

• Designs, develops, implements, maintains Epic systems and configurations.
• Provides technical support during Epic implementations and upgrades.
• Collaborates with clinical, operational, and admin stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
