Job summary

ClinDCast LLC is seeking experienced Epic Application Analysts to support the implementation, configuration, optimization, testing, and ongoing support of Epic EHR applications. The ideal candidate will hold an active Epic certification in one or more modules and have hands-on experience with Epic build, configuration, and integrations.

This is a remote position, enabling collaboration with clinical, business, and technical teams to ensure compliant, high-quality Epic solutions across healthcare

Qualifications

• Active Epic Certification in the relevant module.
• Hands-on experience with Epic build and configuration.
• Experience with Epic implementations, upgrades, testing, and production support.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure, build, test, and maintain Epic applications per requirements.
• Support Epic implementations, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.
• Analyze issues and provide troubleshooting and production support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system issues.
• Develop and execute test plans and validation activities.
• Provide documentation, training, and knowledge transfer as needed.
• Support integrations, reporting, and data-related activities where applicable.
• Ensure applications meet regulatory and healthcare standards.
