Job summary

Advocate Health in Montana is seeking a Remote Epic analyst for a full-time dayshift role (8:00am-5:00pm) with on-call duties. The position is fully remote with no relocation or visa sponsorship.

You will analyze Epic workflows, map business processes, develop test plans, train end-users, and document configurations. Requires Epic certification, a Bachelor’s in CS or related field, and about 3 years IT/clinical experience; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CS or related field.
• Typically requires 3 years in IT or clinical environment with BPM, analysis, testing.
• Experience with Epic and other Healthcare applications.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Identify, map, measure, analyze and improve clinical and business processes for Epic apps.
• Perform workflow analysis and map critical business processes.
• Prepare documentation using data flow diagrams and models.
• Configure systems to meet business requirements.
• Develop test plans and validate performance.
• Conduct testing and track issues to resolution.
• Provide client training and develop training materials.
• Explain application functionality to users.
• Develop and maintain product documentation.
