Great American Employer Health Solutions is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role features hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to underwriting and broker relationships, with a clear path to advancement into a full Sales Representative role.

The candidate may work fully remote within the continental United States and will participate in a structured training program that develops consultative sales skills and industry knowledge.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Willingness to learn and develop in insurance sales.

Responsabilidades

• Learn Employer Health Solutions business from experienced reps.
• Review RFPs, analyze opportunities, and coordinate with brokers.
• Support outreach, meetings, and account management tasks.
• Participate in meetings with brokers, agencies, and clients.
• Build knowledge of Medical Stop Loss and Level Funded Health Plans.
