Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Risk Management, Communications, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated work ethic, initiative, and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable building professional relationships and interacting with business leaders and insurance professionals.

Responsibilities

• Learn the Employer Health Solutions business and develop consultative sales skills.
• Review RFPs, analyze opportunities, and communicate underwriting considerations to brokers.
• Support sales with prospecting, outreach, meetings, and account management tasks.
• Participate in meetings with brokers, agencies, owners, and prospective clients to learn the sales process.
• Build knowledge of Medical Stop Loss and Level Funded Health Plans through training.
• Understand underwriting guidelines, healthcare products, and market dynamics.
• Attend industry conferences and broker events to expand knowledge.
• Maintain activity records and assist CRM updates and pipeline management.
• Collaborate with underwriting and partners to support new opportunities.
• Progress through a training program for advancement to full Sales Representative role.
