Responsibilities

• Learn Employer Health Solutions business and develop consultative sales skills.
• Review and process RFPs and communicate underwriting considerations.
• Support prospect and broker outreach and account management tasks.
• Participate in meetings with brokers, agencies, business owners, and prospective clients.
• Build knowledge of Medical Stop Loss and Level Funded Health Plans.
• Understand underwriting guidelines and market dynamics.
• Attend industry conferences and broker events to expand knowledge.
• Maintain activity records and assist with CRM and pipeline management.
• Collaborate with underwriting and internal partners for new opportunities.
• Progress through a structured training program for advancement.
