Great American Employer Health Solutions, a segment of Great American Insurance Group, is hiring an Entry‑Level Sales Representative. This development role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to underwriting and broker relationships as you build a long-term career in insurance sales.

The role supports remote work across the continental United States, progressing through a structured training program toward a full Sales Representative position.

Mansioni

• Learn Employer Health Solutions with experienced sales reps.
• Review and respond to RFPs and discuss underwriting considerations with brokers.
• Support prospect and broker outreach, meetings, and account management.
• Participate in meetings with brokers, agencies, owners, and clients to learn the sales process.
• Develop knowledge of Medical Stop Loss and Level Funded Health Plans through training.
• Understand underwriting guidelines and market dynamics.
• Attend industry conferences and broker events to build knowledge and relationships.
• Maintain activity records and assist with CRM and reporting.
• Collaborate with underwriting and internal teams to pursue new opportunities.
• Complete a structured training program guiding progression to a full Sales Representative role.
